The 64th annual Swiftsure International Yacht Race took place on May
26-28, 2007 in Victoria, British Columbia. It was a successful racing weekend for
sailors. The cooperating wind and expert seamanship of the contestants resulted in five record-breaking times in the
Swiftsure Lightship Classic Race, led by Seattle's Braveheart.
